You Must Be 18 or Older

Takabajee is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to register, deposit, or play any game on the platform. Takabajee reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time and will close accounts found to belong to underage users.

One Account Per Person

Each player is allowed exactly one Takabajee account. Creating duplicate accounts to claim multiple bonuses or circumvent restrictions is a violation of these terms and will result in all accounts being permanently closed and balances forfeited.

Fraud and Abuse Will Result in Closure

If a player is found to be underage, their account will be closed immediately, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits made will be returned to the original payment method after deducting any amounts already withdrawn.

03 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one Takabajee account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. If Takabajee identifies duplicate accounts, all accounts will be closed and any balances may be forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your real name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number linked to your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket wallet. Providing false information during registration is a violation of these Terms and may result in account closure.

  • You are responsible for keeping your Takabajee login credentials secure.

04 Deposits and Payments

Takabajee accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

  • Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page within your Takabajee account.
  • Deposits are credited to your Takabajee wallet in real time in most cases. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.
  • Takabajee does not charge fees on deposits, but your mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
  • All deposits are made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Takabajee reserves the right to reverse a deposit if there is reason to believe it was made fraudulently or in violation of these Terms. In such cases, the funds will be returned to the original payment method and the account will be reviewed.

Note: Never deposit funds you cannot afford to lose. Takabajee strongly encourages players to set personal deposit limits within their account settings before playing.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals on Takabajee are processed to the same mobile wallet used for the most recent deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect player funds. Withdrawals to a different payment method may be considered in exceptional circumstances but will require additional verification.

  • Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed on the withdrawal page within your account.
  • Withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes during normal operating hours. During peak periods or following large withdrawal requests, processing may take longer.
  • Takabajee may request identity verification documents before processing your first withdrawal or any withdrawal above a certain threshold.
  • Bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Real money deposits are not subject to wagering requirements.
  • Takabajee does not charge withdrawal fees, but your mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.

If a withdrawal is delayed beyond the stated processing time, contact Takabajee support with your withdrawal reference number. Do not submit multiple withdrawal requests for the same amount, as this may cause further delays.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

Takabajee offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page, as well as the general bonus terms set out here.

  • Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per device unless stated otherwise.
  • Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated clearly on the promotion page.
  • Bonuses have expiry dates. If the wagering requirement is not met before the expiry date, the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed from your account.
  • Takabajee reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
  • If Takabajee determines that a bonus has been claimed in bad faith or in violation of these Terms, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.
  • Certain games may contribute differently to wagering requirements. For example, some table games may contribute at a lower rate than slots. Contribution rates are listed on the promotion page.

07 Game Rules and Fairness

All games available on Takabajee use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure that outcomes are genuinely random and not influenced by the platform or any third party. The RNG is independently audited on a regular basis.

Each game on Takabajee has its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing a bet. Takabajee is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

  • In the event of a technical error during a game round, the round may be voided and stakes returned to the player's account.
  • If a game result is displayed incorrectly due to a software error, the correct result as recorded in Takabajee's server logs will be used to settle the bet.
  • Takabajee's decision on the outcome of any disputed game round is final, subject to the complaints process described in Section 15.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on Takabajee and will result in immediate account suspension and possible permanent closure:

  • Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
  • Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in Rummy or other skill-based games.
  • Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes to gain an advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation will be forfeited.
  • Using stolen, fraudulent, or third-party payment methods to make deposits.
  • Attempting to launder money through the Takabajee platform.
  • Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
  • Threatening, harassing, or abusing Takabajee staff or other players through any communication channel.
  • Providing false information during registration or verification.

Takabajee cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and will provide account information and transaction records when required by a valid legal request.

09 Account Suspension and Closure

Takabajee reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there is reason to believe that the account is being used in violation of these Terms. In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, accounts may be frozen pending investigation.

Players may also request to close their own Takabajee account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any remaining real money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after deducting any outstanding bonus obligations. Accounts closed under self-exclusion cannot be reopened during the exclusion period.

  • Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant.
  • Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee as stated in the account settings section.
  • Players will be notified before any dormancy fee is applied.

10 Responsible Gaming

13 Limitation of Liability

14 Changes to These Terms
